About Megaport
We’re not your typical tech company – and we don’t want to be. Megaport is the global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), and has transformed the way businesses connect to the cloud, data centers, and each other. We’re publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and partnered with the biggest names in tech like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, and more. Headquartered in Brisbane with a crew of over 600 people spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, our employees enjoy an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and (actually) fun.

Our Team Culture
We’re a team of problem solvers, pixel pushers, code slingers, and cloud fanatics. Culture is more than a poster on the wall here – collaboration beats hierarchy, curiosity fuels our growth, and everyone’s voice matters. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We work across time zones to execute on our global vision, trust each other to get things done, and never compromise our values for commercial gain. Most importantly, we place our customers at the center of everything we do.

We’re committed to increasing representation in the tech industry and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Don’t meet every requirement? That’s okay. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

The Role

Megaport is seeking a proactive, analytical, and commercially minded Sales Operations Specialist to support the EMEA Sales organization. This role is responsible for driving forecasting accuracy, delivering meaningful reporting and insights, improving CRM governance, and identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes and operational efficiency.

Working closely with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll help scale operational excellence across EMEA while supporting new initiatives, sales enablement, and continued business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales operations, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own regional sales forecasting processes by maintaining forecast documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting sales leaders through regular pipeline reviews.

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to regional leadership.

  • Analyze pipeline health, sales performance, forecast accuracy, and operational KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Partner closely with Sales  teams to improve sales processes, drive CRM adoption, and ensure operational excellence.

  • Champion data quality and CRM governance by promoting best practices and improving process compliance across the region.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows, tools, and reporting, proactively recommending and implementing process improvements.

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to help teams maximize the value of Salesforce, Gong, and other sales technologies.

  • Support territory planning, account alignment, quote management, and opportunity administration.

  • Collaborate with Systems & Tools teams on Salesforce enhancements, testing, and new feature rollouts.

  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, sales playbooks, and communication of new processes and GTM initiatives.

  • Partner with regional sales leadership to support strategic operational initiatives across the EMEA business.

  • Support Latitude operational initiatives within the EMEA region

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations supporting high-performing sales teams

  • Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful insights. (This is not a Salesforce Administrator role.)

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.

  • Experience working with sales enablement platforms such as Gong is highly regarded.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and make practical recommendations.

  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across sales and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting direct and channel sales organizations is highly desirable.

  • Experience in telecommunications, networking, SaaS, cloud connectivity, or similarly complex B2B industries is advantageous.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working environments

  • Birthday Leave, 12 weeks of parental leave (after 12 months continuous service), and 5 days of study leave.

  • Creative, fun, and contemporary work environments

  • Motivated team of industry experts and plenty of learning opportunities

  • Celebrated success with internal awards programs

  • Health and wellness program

  • Generous performance bonus structure

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
