Providing accurate and pro-active admin support to the UK Sales team, identifying and quickly responding to changing requirements and priorities.

Working across the broad range of Universal's UK slate, you will gain experience in distributing films so virtually every audience demographic.
You will gain commercial insights and an understanding of how the sales team functions both within the Universal eco system, but how we trade and negotiate with external clients including cinemas and film festivals.
There will be scope to get hands-on experience with data analysis tasks, tracking performance of Universal's titles whilst identifying market trends and opportunities for growth.

What will I be doing?

- Managing the daily box office downloads, checking and correcting any discrepancies and correlating final numbers for sign off with the Sales Manager.
- Creating an update Universal Slate Deck in Powerpoint to be used and updated by Sales Team at trade and industry.
- Liaising with Finance support team in all Box Office receipt queries as required by sales team
- Maintaining market release dates for all films in Universal Box Office system
- Organising exhibitor screenings & feedback, plus events when required to do so
- Running market analysis when required
