We are currently looking for an experienced sales professional to join us on this exciting journey and help push motorhome and campervan sales to the next level. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, a keen eye for detail and a can do attitude, then we want to hear from you. Reporting to the sales manager, you will be in the main contact for all enquiries coming into the branch. With a wide range of vehicles available, plus over 1000 vehicles available on our hire fleet, we have something for everyone and have all of the tools to allow you to succeed.

THE ROLE

Below is a list of responsibilities for the Sales Executive which whilst comprehensive is not exhaustive:

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the full sales journey, from first enquiry to post-sale follow-up.
  • Manage vehicle and accessory sales to achieve or exceed targets, with a strong focus on ex-hire fleet performance.
  • Ensure all sales stock is presented, secured, and advertised accurately across all relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including aftersales and leadership, to ensure vehicles and accessories are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, communications, orders, and sales activity in HubSpot and other relevant tools.
  • Support commercial performance through prospecting, upselling, competitor monitoring, and effective enquiry management.
  • Handle customer test drives, vehicle appraisals, complaints, and queries with professionalism, accuracy, and timely communication.
  • Actively contribute to a high-performance culture by maintaining professional standards, engaging in training, and collaborating effectively across the business.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience of working in an effective sales environment
  • Ability to coach and support junior team members in best practice
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Confident telephone manners
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Good data entry and typing skills, paired with knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packages
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
  • Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding workplace
  • Good attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations

The base salary for the role is £26500 per annum and OTE earnings are £50,500 but this is uncapped as based on a target of 50 vehicles sold per Sales Executive.
