What You’ll Do:

As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to ensure our sales team is equipped with the tools, training, and resources they need to drive revenue and success. This role reports to the Director of GTM Strategy and sits in the Revenue org (Sales & Revenue Operations).

This role will own and execute enablement initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, sitting at the intersection of sales, product marketing, and revenue operations—ensuring our teams have the right messaging, materials, and skills to engage prospects and close deals. The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with Product Marketing and understands how to translate complex technical solutions into compelling sales narratives. The ideal candidate should feel confident presenting complex topics in a relatable form to the revenue team on a regular cadence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and skills development for the sales team.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to create compelling sales collateral, competitive battlecards, product positioning guides, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in knowledge, messaging, and processes—and build solutions to address them.
  • Optimize and manage the sales enablement tech stack (Gong, Notion, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales playbooks, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between enablement initiatives and sales performance metrics.
  • Assist in GTM strategy execution, ensuring sales teams are equipped for new product launches, feature releases, and competitive shifts.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related field in a B2B software/SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with Product Marketing to develop sales content and GTM assets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).
  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear, value-driven messaging.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with sales enablement and CRM tools like Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable training and coaching sales teams.
  • A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring enablement effectiveness.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000-$130,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
