As an SDR, you’ll sit at the front line of revenue generation. Your success directly impacts your earnings and progression.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting high-value prospects across Europe and beyond
  • Creating opportunity from scratch through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying decision-makers by uncovering needs, pain points, and buying intent
  • Booking high-quality meetings and opportunities for Account Executives to close
  • Owning your pipeline and activity metrics using best-in-class sales tools
  • This is a performance-led role—perfect for individuals who enjoy being measured, coached, and rewarded for outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently hitting and exceeding meeting and pipeline targets
  • Maintaining high activity levels (calls, personalised emails, social touches)
  • Building strong relationships with AEs and Marketing to maximise conversion
  • Developing elite sales skills that translate directly into closed wins and higher earnings
