In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.

Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.

Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Currently, we're looking for a results-driven, communicative, and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you’ll drive success for our clients by engaging with potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality appointments.

In this role, you'll be on the front lines of outreach, actively making calls, holding conversations, and building relationships that turn prospects into sales opportunities. You’ll represent clients across various industries, executing outbound strategies and refining your approach to maximize conversions.

Things You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reaching out to potential B2B clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to spark conversations and book qualified meetings;
  • Running outbound cold calling campaigns on behalf of clients from various industries;
  • Representing multiple companies and helping them grow their sales pipeline through proactive outreach;
  • Crafting personalized messages and tailoring your communication style to different audiences;
  • Building strong relationships with prospects through follow-ups and smart objection handling;
  • Tracking your results, sharing insights, and contributing ideas to make campaigns even more successful;
  • Using tools like HubSpot, Reply, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Calendly to stay organized and efficient;
  • Participating in team and client calls, primarily with the US and European markets.

What’s Special About Working at Belkins:

  • You’ll work in a fast-paced lead generation agency, not just a single-product company;
  • Each SDR manages multiple client projects, giving you exposure to different industries and challenges;
  • For every project, we form a dedicated team including Researchers, SDRs, Account Managers, and Content Specialists - so you’ll always collaborate closely and learn from others;
  • You’ll explore new industries, switch between projects, and quickly grow your outbound and communication skills;
  • You’ll get ongoing support, training, and feedback from experienced colleagues to help you succeed and advance in your career.

You’re Our Kind of Person If You:

  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and can build relationships that last;
  • Are fluent in English — both written and spoken;
  • Feel comfortable working with clients across European and US time zones;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a client-facing role, ideally with a strong background in lead generation and managing multiple campaigns;
  • Are proactive, reliable, and always looking for smart ways to solve problems;
  • Feel at home using sales tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems;
  • Love collaborating with diverse teams and creating meaningful connections;
  • Believe in learning constantly, growing your skills, and raising your own bar.

What to Expect in Our Recruitment Process:
1) 30-minute prescreen with a recruiter – a friendly chat to get to know you, your experience, and what excites you about the role
2) Test assignment – a practical task to show off your skills and how you approach real challenges
3) Interview with the hiring team – a deeper conversation to explore your experience, style, and fit with the team
4) Final interview with the Managing Director – a chance to meet leadership, ask questions, and see the bigger picture
We’ve designed the process to be clear, fair, and an opportunity for you to shine at every stage.

If this all sounds exciting to you, go ahead and submit your application!

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
