At Automation Anywhere, the global leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), we’re redefining how businesses operate by empowering them with AI-driven digital agents that boost productivity and innovation. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth by qualifying inbound leads from channels like events, webinars, website activity, and paid campaigns. In this high-impact role, you’ll spark meaningful conversations, schedule discovery calls, and open the door to new business opportunities.

You’ll make an impact by being responsible for:
- Delivering Automation Anywhere’s value proposition for prospective new customers across multiple industries by quickly engaging and qualifying inbound leads via phone calls, personalized emails, and other relevant methods
- Conducting high-impact, strategic qualification and discovery to build new business pipeline for Account Executives, by deeply understanding clients’ pain/needs specific to job functions and customizing AAI’s value proposition
- Consistently completing 40-60 daily outreach activities (calls, emails, messages) to maintain required pipeline velocity and performance against monthly and quarterly goals
- Testing new strategies, audiences, and channels to generate opportunities to optimize and improve performance
- Staying current on trends in AI, automation, and SaaS to effectively articulate the value of our platform
- Leveraging sales tools and technologies to maintain accurate records of all activities and the lead lifecycle in required tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or accredited college degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
- At least 1-2 years sales or business development experience in technology sales
- A track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a goal-driven environment with comfort making 40–60 calls/emails per day
- Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
- Understanding of the AI and automation landscape and a strong interest in emerging technologies

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
