First impressions count – and at happyhotel, that's YOU. In this role, your focus is on building relationships with hoteliers and discovering their everyday challenges. You engage in eye-level conversations, listen carefully, and position happyhotel as the solution for stress-free revenue management. Together with your colleagues, you work as a team to make happyhotel a bit more well-known and popular every day.
You help hotels to understand the benefits of our software via phone, email, and social media.
You build a sales pipeline and schedule qualified demos for the account executive team.
You actively network within the hotel industry.
You identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for our product.
You work closely with customer support, development, and marketing to showcase our customers and their success stories.
You use our CRM system HubSpot and help build a knowledge database.
You represent happyhotel at trade fairs (travel expecation up to 15%).
Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a degree
Ideally, experience in the hotel industry (optional)
Experience of cold-calling, paired with the necessary empathy and persistence
Ideally, experience selling a SaaS product and/or an affinity for technical products
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with different personalities

High level of self-organization and initiative
Drive to grow and actively help shape our growth
A structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile
Fluent in English (native level)
Ability to travel within UK and EU
