About The Unit
Sales Strategy and Operations Unit provides support to all the commercial teams in terms of generating leads, conducting sales trainings to enhance and develop skills which are necessary for the commercial teams, as well as providing support when it comes to sales planning, performance management, and data analytics.
Job Description
The role of the Sales Development Executive - Lead Generation is to generate new sales leads for the Ninja Van sales teams. This job requires strong skills, high performance in inbound and outbound sales prospecting, and prospect qualification using a number of available tools including, but not limited to, phone, email, and LinkedIn. This individual acts as the prospect acquisition expert.
This role also works closely with different sales channels by providing them assistance by optimizing Lead Generation initiatives.
Main Duties
- Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, sending emails, using Social Media/LinkedIn to identify new prospects.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Work with other Ninja Van Sales teams to ensure batch leads are scrubbed for accuracy and authenticity, then forward clean leads to various business units
- Conducting a needs analysis and determining the prospects’ pain points to determine how the Sales team will speak to those needs.
- Responsible for continually updating and improving processes and procedures and for identifying new ways to support revenue creation for Ninjavan business units
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Marketing
- Solid experience in both working with sales/account management teams and operations teams
- Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration
- Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate at all levels, with ownership and accountability of work in a fast-paced working environment
