Your mission

As a Business Development Representative for the Spanish market, your mission is to identify, engage and qualify the right HR decision-makers to generate high-value business opportunities for AssessFirst.

Using a consultative, data-driven approach, you'll help your prospects better understand their talent challenges and show them how AssessFirst can unlock human potential within their organizations.

What you'll do
  • Prioritize target accounts and contacts using our Go-to-Market strategy, CRM data and prospecting tools.

  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, inbound leads, etc.) to engage HR decision-makers.

  • Understand your prospects' business and HR challenges to uncover valuable opportunities.

  • Qualify opportunities thoroughly before handing them over to our Account Executives.

  • Leverage CRM insights, market signals and automation tools to focus on the highest-impact activities.

  • Continuously improve our prospecting and qualification processes by sharing field feedback and best practices.

  • Contribute to AssessFirst's visibility through campaigns, events and initiatives alongside the Sales and Marketing teams.

Your objectives

✅ Generate qualified sales opportunities with strong conversion potential.

✅ Maintain rigorous follow-up on your pipeline and contribute to opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

✅ Keep our CRM clean and reliable to improve the team's collective performance.

✅ Strengthen AssessFirst's presence and visibility in the Spanish market.

What will make you successful
  • You're competitive and naturally motivated by challenges while helping your team succeed.

  • You're results-oriented and focus your energy on the activities that create the greatest impact.

  • You're strategically "lazy" : you automate repetitive tasks so you can spend more time having meaningful conversations.

  • You're comfortable working with data and use it to prioritize, personalize your outreach and continuously improve your performance.

  • You're curious and proactive : you experiment, learn and iterate constantly.

  • You're a true team player, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations.

What we're looking for

🏃 At least 1 year of B2B prospecting experience, with a genuine passion for generating new business opportunities.

💻 You're highly comfortable with digital tools, especially AI-powered solutions.

🔥 You know how to capture attention and create engaging, relevant outreach.

🏆 You're naturally competitive and thrive in a target-driven environment.

🌍 Native or fluent Spanish is required. Professional English is a strong plus.

What you'll get

Compensation : It's up to you to show us how far you can go ! 💰 On-target earnings up to €60K (€35K base salary + uncapped commission).

Autonomy & flexibility : Organize your work independently based on priorities and projects.

Full remote : Work from wherever you want in Spain.

Team life : A strong culture and four company offsites every year.

Our recruitment process
  • Your profile catches our attention.

  • You complete our assessments after applying (you'll receive an email with the link).

  • You'll have an initial conversation with our Talent team.

  • Up to four interviews : a meeting with Quentin (CRO), a business case, and a final conversation with David, our CEO.

  • Welcome aboard ! 🎉

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
