🎯 The Role

The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sales team, ensuring processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and communication across teams is seamless. This role is for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll help the Sales team stay focused on driving growth and closing deals, while keeping everything behind the scenes running efficiently.

This is a hybrid role, based in our Canary Wharf office in London, 3 days a week.


🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring lead, deal, and onboarding data are accurate and clean.

  • Support the Sales team with documentation (contracts, proposals, onboarding packs) and scheduling of calls/demos.

  • Track deal progress and follow up on pending actions or approvals; own the administrative flow of creator/agency onboarding.

  • Resolve or escalate basic setup issues (KYC, payouts, account set-up) to internal teams.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards, update KPIs, and provide data support to enable strategy.

  • Coordinate across Sales, Creator Success, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring hand-offs and communication are smooth.

  • Tidy and maintain sales files, inbox, templates, and process checklists; support ad-hoc tasks as Sales Ops needs them.

👀 Who You Are
  • 1-3 years in sales support, sales admin, or operations in a tech or fast-moving environment.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.

  • Comfortable using a CRM and spreadsheets (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).

  • Excellent written + verbal communication; proactive and able to take ownership.

  • Bonus if you’ve worked in a creator-economy, SaaS, or payment/KYC context.
