Lead and execute risk advisory engagements including internal audit, SOX/NI 52-109 assessments, ERM, and process redesign. Plan and coordinate projects, test internal controls, prepare client communications, and mentor engagement team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Lead analytics for Wise Business Sales and Total Service teams by building dashboards, forecasts, cohort reports, and performance analytics. Optimize sales and service funnels, portfolios, lead management, conversion, churn prevention, SLAs, and team capacity. Conduct market sizing and expansion analysis, support go-to-market strategy, and establish reliable data foundations with Analytics Engineering. Translate commercial data into actionable recommendations while managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.

Lead Wise’s technical accounting team through transformation and preparation for a US stock exchange listing. Oversee US GAAP and IFRS accounting analyses, position papers, policies, processes, systems, and financial reporting workstreams. Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams, serve as the primary technical accounting contact for auditors, and ensure SOX compliance. Mentor the team, drive process improvements, and support complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
