Our Finance team is looking for a Revenue Accounting Analyst to join us in ensuring our financial operations run as smoothly as possible for our customers.You’ll be at the heart of our revenue processes, balancing technical accuracy with a genuine commitment to supporting our people and partners. This role is unique because you aren't just crunching numbers; you are a vital link between our finance functions and our customer-facing teams, ensuring every transaction is handled with care and precision.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
As one of our Revenue Accounting Analyst’s, you’ll:
Review and manage customer refund requests, ensuring our clients receive reliable and timely service.
Take ownership of payment reconciliations and manage exceptions within our BACS and Stripe processes.
Validate insurer statements and support the Revenue Accounting team with daily sales investigations and revenue receipts.
Identify and implement process improvements to help streamline our accounting operations and remove complexity.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and the Contact Centre to resolve payment inquiries and financial notifications.
Support the month-end close process while maintaining clear documentation and internal control enhancements.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Technically savvy: You have a strong understanding of Excel and feel confident using formulae to manipulate large amounts of data.
A clear communicator: You speak in plain English and can engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
Highly organised: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt your priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Industry-aware: You understand how insurance or brokerage companies operate and are keen to share your expertise.
Proactive and driven: You are a positive team player who is currently pursuing an accounting qualification.
Reliable and ethical: You are comfortable handling sensitive information with integrity and thrive when challenged.
