Main Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities in the Business:

As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports across desktop and service environments. You will work closely with senior analysts and a wide range of stakeholders to transform data from varied sources including MS Fabric, Jira and Workday into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

This role requires a proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of translating business needs into effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

  • Integrate and transform data from MS Fabric, Jira, AWS, Workday and various other sources.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver clear, insightful reporting solutions.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across all BI assets.

  • Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to ensure alignment and clarity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence reporting using Power BI (Desktop and Service).

  • Solid understanding of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to cloud data platforms and services.

  • Familiarity with MS Fabric, Jira, and Workday as data sources.

  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.

  • Working knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
