Your Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Manager to be the face of RoomPriceGenie in our worldwide markets. Your mission? Drive business growth by building strong relationships with partners, hotel groups, and hospitality associations across regions that we have not fully explored yet. This could be Eastern Europe and South East Asia.

  • Market Ownership: Take ownership of your regions, representing RoomPriceGenie with confidence and professionalism.

  • Growth Driver: Network, increase brand awareness, and generate new leads to expand our presence in target countries.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build alliances with hotel tech companies, industry bodies, and key hospitality players.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our New Market team, including SDRs, Sales & Revenue Managers, to align strategies and hit ambitious targets.

  • Marketing Support: Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to create impactful campaigns tailored to your markets.

  • Customer Success: Use our CRM to track progress, ensure smooth onboarding, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.

  • Innovation & Impact: Shape the future of RoomPriceGenie by bringing your ideas and insights from diverse, high-growth markets.

Your Profile
  • Strong network in hotel tech and the hospitality industry within Eastern Europe and APAC.

  • Fluent in English and a minimum of two other languages that are relevant for the mentioned territories.

  • Hands-on experience in both the hotel industry and hotel technology, giving you a unique edge.

  • A degree in business or hospitality, but your practical experience is just as valuable.

  • You’re enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn, always looking to grow and make an impact.

  • Exceptional communication skills—you know how to build relationships and communicate effectively.

  • You’re target-driven and thrive in an environment where results matter.

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in managing multiple regions simultaneously.
