In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing insightful dashboards to support decision-making. You will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and payroll management while adhering to compliance standards. Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and QBO.
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and provide timely financial reports and dashboards to management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounting and payroll matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant, particularly with QuickBooks and QBO.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
