What You'll Do:
- Lead the Middle East sales team, driving strategic value propositions to C-level prospects and positioning Coupa as a top cloud/SaaS solution.
- Develop and deliver world-class sales proposals while engaging with C-level prospects to close deals.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including building a sales organization, creating account penetration models, and executing targeted campaigns.
- Maintain the system of record in Salesforce and provide weekly sales updates for the region.
- Develop and improve localized content, competitive positioning, and messaging to enable the sales team.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- A minimum of ten years of sales experience, with at least three years in a sales management role at the same company, and fluency in both Arabic and English.
- A proven track record of selling complex cloud/SaaS software, meeting direct sales targets, and recruiting top sales talent.
- The ability to identify customer pains and create compelling value propositions that deliver business value, engaging with all levels of an organization up to C-level executives.
- A collaborative and confident approach, with excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and to Coupa's headquarters in California.
