Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – The North & Southwest

Location: We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to join our Rockfon commercial team in the UK. This position is field-based and will be covering the North and the Southwest of the UK.

Your Future Team:

Reporting into the UK Sales & Specification Manager, you will help develop and implement clear tactical and strategic plans that will deliver Rockfon UK business goals, ensuring delivery of sales and profitability targets.

What you will be doing:

  • Achieving agreed commercial targets (volume and value) in line with the Rockfon UK objectives
  • Preparing and facilitating the delivery of team and individual tactical plans to ensure we maximise opportunity in all segments and customers groups
  • Identifying growth opportunities with new and existing customers, working closely with the National Sales Manager (UK) to maximise commercial success in the UK
  • Supporting the development and implementation and contribute towards the UK business plan
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the UK marketing plan
  • Managing the performance and development of field-based sales and specification personnel
  • Providing timely and accurate pricing on all projects/product pricing requests submitted for approval while striving to maintain the best interests of the company
  • Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, forecasting, sales, and activity reports through the RockSell CRM system and provide a weekly dashboard to the National Sales Manager (UK) for information
  • Taking a proactive role as a member of the UK Sales & Specification Management Team working in partnership with colleagues across the wider business
  • Adhering to and ensure full direct report compliance with the UK expenses policy to meet budget in line with the company guidelines

What you bring:

  • Previous experience ideally within a sales management role
  • Experience of managing and developing strong relationships with key clients
  • Previous people management experience is desirable
  • The ability to identify opportunities for development within your team
  • Collaborative approach with customers and clients to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions
