  • Support team members in complex sales cycles, executive engagements, proposals, negotiations, and strategic account development.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-calibre sales talent as the EMEA Trading business grows.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused sales culture.

Regional Business Development and Sales Execution

  • Own the EMEA Trading regional sales strategy and execution plan, aligned to company growth objectives.

  • Collaborate with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure a strong transition from sale to implementation and customer adoption.
  • Work with partners, including consulting firms and system integrators, to develop joint value propositions and market opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer engagement across the regional team.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
