Regional Marketing Manager plans, organizes and executes the regional marketing plan that includes direct and partner activities, integrated campaigns, ABM programs, digital programs, in-person and virtual events and webinars across the EMEA region. The role will collaborate closely across the Marketing & Sales organization to create a marketing plan that delivers maximum impact through tailored activities - to generate new business and pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness - by marketing to and through strategic partnerships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Plan, organize, and execute the regional marketing strategy across the EMEA region, including direct and partner activities, integrated campaigns, ABM programs, digital initiatives, and in-person or virtual events and webinars.

  • Develop and own the regional marketing plan with the support of the Senior Director, Global Demand Generation — focusing on driving measurable ROI through:

    1. Generating new marketing-sourced pipeline (new business and upsell opportunities).

    2. Accelerating existing deals.

  • Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing leaders to expand and adapt campaigns across EMEA.

  • Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Drive ABM GTM strategy adoption and execution in the region — partnering with the Global ABM Manager and DG/ABM teams to identify, track, and execute targeted 1:Few and 1:1 campaigns.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Perform gap analyses and develop corrective action plans when needed.

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for regional sales leadership (SDRs, AEs, Regional VPs).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, participate in sales calls, and lead Sales–Marketing alignment meetings.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
  • 5+ years of experience in regional or field marketing roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology industry.

  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA.

  • Hands-on experience with ABM programs and digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and partner teams.

  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing investments for maximum ROI.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Fluent English (additional European languages are an advantage).

  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach — with a passion for driving impact and measurable growth.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
