DP World are seeking a Regional Key Account Manager – FMCG due to our continued growth and expansion in our European Logistics business. This is a high-impact leadership role which can be based in the UK or Poland for a commercially astute sales professional with deep FMCG sector expertise, an established industry network, and a proven ability to win, grow, and retain major customer relationships.
You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding strategic customer partnerships, and developing innovative end-to-end supply chain solutions that differentiate DP World in a highly competitive market.
About the role:
Developing and executing the FMCG vertical growth strategy across new and existing customers.
Identifying, engaging, and converting target accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
Managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through solution design, contract negotiation, onboarding, and account growth.
Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers up to C-suite level.
Growing share of wallet within existing customers through cross-selling DP World's extensive logistics and supply chain solutions.
Leading complex tender processes, RFQs, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Maintaining a healthy, accurate, and measurable opportunity pipeline.
Collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Tender Management, Operational Excellence, and regional commercial teams to develop winning customer solutions.
Working alongside global and regional account teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across geographies.
Acting as a trusted industry expert, understanding emerging FMCG market trends, customer challenges, operational requirements, and regulatory developments.
Your Key Skills:
Minimum 10 years' experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, supply chain, or a similar service-led industry.
Significant experience selling into FMCG (Consumer) customers.
Demonstrable success achieving and exceeding large-scale sales targets.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities.
Strong track record of value-based solution selling.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Degree qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Highly Desirable
Existing FMCG customer network and transferable book of business.
Experience selling integrated logistics, freight forwarding, contract logistics, transport, and supply chain solutions.
Experience working across multiple European markets.
