All about the role:
We are recruiting Regional Account Managers to join our Sales team in several regions: North West, North East, South East, South, and London.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager is the commercial lead for an assigned geographical region, managing the relationship between Electrolux and a number of Independent Kitchen Retail accounts. Accountable for both the maintenance, development & growth of your territory, the Regional Account Manager will drive sales, maximise distribution, display opportunities, and provide support for the Field Sales Manager.
What you'll do:

Execute the Kitchen Retail Channel strategy within the territory to optimize retail opportunities and profitability.

Build strong retailer relationships through regular meetings to understand customer and competitor activity, identifying new sales opportunities.

Identify business trends and build business plans to capitalize on sales opportunities in collaboration with Marketing and Product Line teams.

Communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders to shape retailer strategy, driving brand awareness both in-store and online.

Present and train on New Product Development, executing product launches to excite retailers and consumers.

Resolve retailer issues or complaints effectively, maintaining trust and ensuring customer engagement.

Act as an ambassador for Electrolux, providing feedback to shape future channel development and strategy.

Ensure CRM compliance, keeping customer records up to date for effective decision-making.

Perform other duties and projects as requested to deliver business initiatives and goals.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in sales and/or commercial roles within a consumer goods company

Excellent planning and organisational skills
-
Strong negotiation, advisory and influencing skills
-
Business acumen and business analysis and numerical interpretation
-
Proactive and confident self-starter who can demonstrate initiative, with excellent communication skills
-
Customer and quality focus, with a passionate commitment to improving business performance
Where you'll be:
The role requires both field-based visits and home working to ensure we meet the needs of our customers. Occasionally, you will be required to work from Luton head office for meetings and training.
Travel to events and customers businesses will also be regularly required.
The candidate must be located on or very near to the designated territory.
