A genuine Interest in marketing, branding, or content creation
Ability to work at pace and respond quickly to opportunities
Strong team player with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively

Basic video filming and editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
Understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok and what content performs well on each
Basic understanding of content performance metrics (e.g. likes, engagement rate, reach, click-through rate)
Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics or in-platform insights (e.g. LinkedIn or Instagram analytics)
