Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our growing team and play a strategic role in shaping our global talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead high-impact hiring initiatives, and mentor a team of passionate recruiters and sourcers.
You’ll be hands-on with senior-level recruiting when needed, and take ownership of designing and executing talent strategies across departments and regions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and loves developing people along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and own our talent attraction strategy in collaboration with business unit leaders.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and support the recruitment team, helping them grow professionally while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Take the lead on sourcing and hiring for senior-level roles, from strategy to execution.
  • Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, using data to guide better decision-making.
  • Contribute to recruitment and HR projects aligned with broader business goals across our globally distributed team.
  • Perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within international environments or top recruitment agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and talent market dynamics.
  • Fluent English skills (B2+ or higher).
  • A confident, business-minded communicator who can influence at all levels.
  • A multitasker who can prioritize, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A supportive leader who knows how to build trust, inspire team spirit, and resolve team needs with empathy.

Nice to have:

  • Experience hiring for contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Nuance, etc.)
