What you will do:
- Act as a domain expert in 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) optimization, helping shape frameworks and algorithms with real customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Developers to evaluate AI model results and guide improvements from a practical network perspective.
- Design and validate data visualizations and user experiences for optimization tools.
- Contribute to development activities, automation, and product backlog prioritization.
- Support First Office Application (FOA) initiatives and assist customers in integrating our solutions into their operations.
- Represent the team in knowledge-sharing forums and be an active member of the Network Design & Optimization (NDO) community.
- Help document product features and support ongoing innovation within cross-functional teams.
You will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in RAN design and optimization (4G/5G), ideally with Cloud-RAN exposure
- Strong Python skills and good understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Solid data analytics capabilities and statistical reasoning
- Ability to guide teams on practical NDO frameworks and validate AI model output
- Excellent communication and collaboration in a diverse, international team
- Self-driven, innovative, and eager to continuously learn and share knowledge
- Experience with TDD and Agile ways of working is a plus
- Fluent in English
