Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to provide technical expertise for the Test Data management team to a wide variety of Software Applications utilized by the IT Department and Digital Department. This position is responsible for data management to key applications, within projects and support. It also relies on automation scripting to support the Test data management team initiatives.
What You’ll Do

  • Support production applications, by writing and executing comprehensive automation test Scripts and Use Cases

  • Provide first and second level support on data and performance testing for a wide variety of Software Applications for different projects across IT department

  • Develop and update automated test scripts, conditions, and data for creating and managing multiple test datasets in the database using automated testing tools such as LoadRunner and Katalon Studio

  • Improve scripts through the implementation of features such as parameterization, checkpoints, reusable functions, correlations, actions/blocks, iterations, and error handling

  • Collaborate with QA/Development Leads to understand functional data requirements

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Preferably adept in using AS/400, LoadRunner, Hyperion, Katalon and Jira

  • Able to write and execute both API and UI scripts

  • One or more years of experience in automation scripting, support, troubleshooting and system testing

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Degree holder of computer-related discipline or course

  • Quality Engineering – expertise in creating automation frameworks and scripts to support variety of QA activities

  • Performance Engineering – ability to create and execute performance testing using automation tools.

  • Must be flexible to work varying hours to support global markets

  • Willing to travel when necessary

  • Capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards. 

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. 

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor.
