Responsibilities:
- Support the development and validation of new manufacturing processes to ensure effective deployment in manufacturing.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of processes and play a key role in their startup in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are validated and compliant with regulatory requirements and Baxter's Quality Management System.
- Support change controls to ensure that changes are transferred to manufacturing with the right setup to prevent manufacturing issues or market complaints.
- Conduct close reviews of validation and quality documents, product specifications, and methodology for transfer in manufacturing.
- Participate in PFMEA's (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk assessments to ensure that changes will not cause adverse issues in manufacturing and to customers.
- Perform validations/evaluations as deemed necessary by the manager in relation to issues, improvement actions, and test methods in the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €27,200.00 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
