About the Role

We are building a low-latency market-making system for spot and futures across multiple exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin) as well as our internal OMS, Matching, Risk, and Hedge engines.

We are looking for a Russian-speaking QA Engineer who understands trading flows, knows how to break complex systems, and can ensure stability in environments where milliseconds matter.

This role is open to both Manual QA and Automation QA profiles.

Responsibilities

  • Test the full order lifecycle: placement, cancellation, partial fills, slippage, reduce-only, risk checks.
  • Validate the behavior of market-making and hedging logic under real market conditions.
  • Test exchange integrations (REST & WebSocket): balances, positions, trades, orderbook data, latency metrics.
  • Verify PnL, margin, and exposure calculations across spot and derivatives.
  • Test internal services: OMS, Matching Engine, Risk Engine, Hedge Engine, monitoring & alerting pipelines.
  • Work with logs, metrics, and real-time data streams.
  • Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation.
  • Reproduce complex edge-cases: mismatched WS updates, delayed fills, funding spikes, stale data.

Requirements
  • 2–4+ years of QA experience (manual or mixed manual/automation).
  • Strong understanding of API testing (REST & WebSocket).
  • Ability to analyze logs, trace order flows, and debug data inconsistencies.
  • Good knowledge of crypto trading basics: order types, orderbook, spreads, fills, PnL.
  • Fluency in Russian (required).
  • Working proficiency in English (for cross-team collaboration).

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with crypto exchanges, trading systems, or algorithmic trading setups.
  • Experience with Python test automation (pytest), load testing tools (k6/Locust).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with .NET (C#) and PostgreSQL.

Benefits
  • Remote-first flexibility.
  • Flexible payment options - choose to be paid in traditional currency (USD) or cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC).
  • Be part of a world-class founding team setting new standards in digital asset trading.
  • Work on high-impact, low-latency trading infrastructure used across global crypto markets.
  • Opportunity to grow as we scale rapidly across markets and product lines.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
