Our people are in equal parts exceptional professionals and wonderful human beings.

We’ve created a culture that champions personal growth and development, empowering everyone to be creative, innovative and enjoy their work. Your growth is our priority because when you thrive, so do we.

We’re serious about our work but never about ourselves, so if you’re looking for your next move, and are passionate about Public Affairs, you’ve come to the right place!

We’re very proud of our track record in Wales; we’ve been operating here for twenty-five years.  Our Public Affairs team won the PRCA Polimonitor “Consultancy Campaign of the Year” award for our work with Stena Line on the Anglesey Freeport and we have an excellent track record of delivering positive change for our clients.

Across the wider UK, we’ve won PR Week's Award for the Best Proactive Lobbying Campaign on an Issue or Cause for our work with Bumble to criminalise cyber-flashing. This year, we are also excited to have been shortlisted for the PR Week Corporate Affairs Awards in the “Best Agency – Public Affairs” category and for “Large Agency of the Year” at the PR Week People and Places Awards!

This will be an active client-facing role, so the successful candidate must also have a proven track record of advising senior executives, politicians or decision-makers in previous roles. • Connecting with colleagues from across the global Grayling network, leveraging opportunities to work together to enhance professional development and learning

 About you

  • Previous agency or in-house experience within a public affairs team is essential
  • A proven track record of working in a client-facing role with experience of advising senior executives, politicians or decision-makers

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
