  • Ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time and on brand.
  • Track dependencies and proactively resolve risks or bottlenecks.
  1. Resource & workflow management

  • Plan and allocate resources across internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate work between central and local teams and the creative teams delivering it
  • Optimize workflows and capacity across ongoing and one-off projects.
  • Recommend resourcing solutions (freelancers, agencies, scheduling adjustments)
  • Own collaboration with the retainer agencies and contractors
  • Work with Retail, Product and Manufacturing teams on delivering the physical product to ensure at scale delivery
  1. Stakeholder management

  • Act as the single point of contact for project stakeholders across business units.
  • Manage expectations on timelines, scope, and deliverables.
  • Ensure feedback is consolidated, clear, and actionable for creative teams.
  • Facilitate alignment between HQ marketing and business stakeholders.
  1. Process & operations improvement
  • Establish and maintain efficient marketing project management processes inspired by creative agency standards.
  • Constantly improve the processes,  templates, and workflows for assets creation in collaboration with the automation team
  • Continuously improve communication between central and local
  • Track project performance and identify opportunities to optimize delivery.
  1. Quality & delivery oversight

  • Ensure creative work is delivered on brief, on brand, and on schedule.
  • Support teams in maintaining high creative standards while meeting deadlines and ensuring right approach is taken in response to expected business impact
  • Coordinate final delivery and handover to stakeholders and business units.

Experience:

  • 5–8+ years in project management within a creative agency, in-house creative team, or marketing organization.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns, content production, and product launches.
  • Experience in managing projects for manufacturing at scale and physical products (not only digital)
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows (strategy → concept → design → delivery).
  • Experience managing freelancers and external agencies.
  • Experience working in central x local setting across multiple markets

Skills

Mindset

  • Proactive, structured, and collaborative.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
