Our UniQue Team is growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to join us and support the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects in the Banking Sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards of complex projects.The Project Manager role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional project teams for IT projects.
- Manage the relationship between the client and all stakeholders for complex, large scale projects.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to structure delivery.
- Liaise with clients and third parties/vendors to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and act as point of contact.
- Perform risk management and analyze risks and opportunities.
- Compose the project team, assign tasks and manage schedule.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, resolve and handle any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Monitor the financial figures and the P&L of the projects by using tools such as Timesheet, SAP, Budget etc.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in management of IT projects..
- PM Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum would be an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Project Plan 365, Confluence).
- Working knowledge of SDLC and IT delivery processes.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Experience in the Banking Sector would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
