Job DescriptionThis role involves managing stakeholders, projects, and commercial aspects while driving process improvements and fostering team motivation. It requires effective planning, relationship-building, and problem-solving to ensure successful project execution and organizational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates closely with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Build and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Effectively manages the end-to-end process of developing and implementing projects, adhering to timelines and budgets. Creates detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Redirects project resources and activities to overcome setbacks; elevates project concerns to senior levels of leadership when appropriate
- Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements for increased efficiency and customer/user satisfaction.
- Planning: Plans effectively, considering timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Motivation: Motivates others to achieve high performance.
- Commercial Management: Provides invoicing and forecasting management for allocated projects.

Working Pattern & Location
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- Location: Remote with travel (max 1 a month)
- Client Sites: Midlands
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client support and at least 2 years in project delivery and administration
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confidence in managing stakeholders at various levels
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A structured approach to project planning and managing multiple deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- A keen desire to learn, grow, and drive impactful results
