Job Description

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and business value
  • Develop and maintain Agile delivery plans, roadmaps, and resource profiles
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Undertaking standard RAID analysis and establishing the project governance structure and processes.
  • Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
  • Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
  • Ensure effective governance and alignment with organisational objectives
  • Track and report progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity)
  • Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices
  • Align cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Identify and address process gaps; implement improvements and compliance documentation
  • Create and maintain key project documentation (e.g., Project Initiation Document, project plans, status reports)
  • Monitor and control project progress to ensure delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints
  • Report to the Project Steering Group, Sponsor, Programme Manager, and Executive stakeholders; escalate issues and initiate corrective actions as needed
  • On-site presence required at the customer location

Qualifications

You will have:

Essential:

  • Overall strong Project Management capabilities, 5 -10 years Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing Agile projects in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and principles
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong risk management and governance capabilities
  • Experience in Business / Compliance / Process delivery.
  • Strong working knowledge of PRINCE 2 or PMP and practical experience of same.
  • Budget management, commercial and Customer experience.
  • Full SDLC experience.
  • Excellent team motivator.
  • Experience in using standard Project Management and MS Office tools inc. MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio.
  • Excellent command of English.
