Team/Role Overview

The Markets Transformation and Execution team works with all Markets businesses and Citi functions, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology to identify, mobilise and execute responses to regulatory and cross-business transformational projects. The primary mission of the team is to design and implement integrated solutions and sustainable capabilities in the most efficient and effective way for Markets and its clients. 

What you’ll do

  • Lead and drive execution of the delivery of cross-business transformation or regulatory initiatives to meet the required outcomes for Markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Markets Businesses/ Risk and Control, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal to define project scope, objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders both internal and external to the project.

  • Identify, prioritise and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions and issues to maintain project momentum.

  • Demonstrate Project Management excellence at Citi including ensuring compliance with Citi Project Management policies and standards.

What we’ll need from you

  • Experience of equivalent expertise in project management, leading sizeable and/or complex projects across cross-functional groups at a financial institution.

  • Strong project management / business analysis skills with the ability to gain consensus among stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and organisational skills to mobilise and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce documentation, presentations and reporting.

  • Comfortable in designing and implementing business/ operational processes.
