Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – CRM Implementation to lead complex CRM transformation initiatives for our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This is a high-impact role requiring a deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM), combined with proven project management expertise to deliver business-critical technology programs on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership—from scoping and planning through execution and adoption—ensuring CRM solutions meet business objectives and drive customer engagement excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, integration with other platforms, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and status reports.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure change management and user adoption strategies are integrated into project delivery.
- Support the development of business cases, project governance structures, and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to proposals, project methodologies, and knowledge sharing on CRM best practices.
- 4–10+ years of experience in project management roles, ideally within pharma/life sciences CRM implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale CRM projects (Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or similar).
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, marketing, customer service) and data management considerations.
- Excellent project management skills, including:
- Scope, schedule, and budget management
- Risk and issue management
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- Resource planning and vendor management
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear action plans.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Flexible, proactive mindset; comfortable navigating dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
