We are in search of a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our energetic team at SAGO—someone who flourishes in a fast-paced setting, embraces innovation, and is eager to engage in meaningful work that generates impactful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored outreach plans by engaging local organizations, schools, events, and online platforms to source participants and build strong community networks.
- Collaborate with recruitment and social media teams to align messaging, ensure SOP compliance, and manage outreach team operations including training, content creation, tracking, and reporting.
- Support Clinical Project Managers by setting up and updating projects in internal systems, handling administrative tasks such as consent collection and follow-up, and preparing research day materials.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, provide regular updates to management, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain daily tracking tools, participate in kickoff calls, and keep leadership informed of project status and client matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to understand, speak & write clearly in English.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience working in a market research/clinical research environment, marketing, social media is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
