The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. This role ensures that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also serve as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout.General Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, schedules, and budgets for new initiatives.
Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and project activities.
Apply effective risk, change, and resource management practices.
Identify and resolve high-level project issues and escalations.
Evaluate program performance, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure delivery against key objectives, including customer satisfaction and team performance.
Drive and manage changes or interventions required to achieve project goals.
Facilitate transparent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and decisions.
Produce accurate, timely reporting on program status throughout its lifecycle.
Conduct ongoing risk analysis and mitigation planning across programs.
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Customer facing PM, leading a multi-disciplinary team in executing Program comprising of both HW and SW
Lead all aspects in defining the business case for new opportunities.
Lead specific Change Management projects in line with customer and company requirements.
Essential Criteria:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Project and/or Program Management.
- Experience in leading development Projects
Desirable Criteria:
Background in an Automotive or fast paced technology development environment
- Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry
