Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our Innovation & Digital Sales Technology team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing top-priority programs designed to transform and scale our Global Digital Sales organization through AI, automation, and modern sales practices. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, leading complex programs that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive growth across our Business Development, Digital Sales, and Enterprise Sales teams. This is one of three Program Manager roles, each owning and advancing a portfolio of initiatives that align with the broader sales transformation strategy, contributing directly to ServiceNow's ambition of becoming a $30B+ business. We are looking for a senior manager who is an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and who can rapidly demonstrate impact and value to the organization. The ideal candidate will excel across all dimensions of strategy and operations, including project management, business analysis, problem-solving, cross-functional team management, executive communication, consensus building, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead High-Impact Programs: Scope, design, and drive cross-functional programs focused on improving demand planning and sales execution, productivity, and operational efficiency through our people, process, and technology framework while leveraging data for efficient decision-making.
• Drive Execution: Create detailed project plans, define milestones, track dependencies, and manage timelines across stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, and Enablement teams to align on goals and ensure smooth program execution.
• Interlock with Senior Leadership: Engage regularly with senior executives to align on strategic priorities, provide program updates, and gather feedback to guide decision-making and execution.
• Operationalize Innovation: Take innovation concepts from pilot to scale by integrating new tools, processes, or analytics capabilities into the sales tech stack and workflows.
• Measure & Optimize: Define and track KPIs to evaluate program success, identify risks, and continuously improve through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Enable Change Management: Support adoption and change management efforts, including communication planning, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Executive Communication: Build clear, concise executive updates and dashboards to share program status, impact, and recommendations with senior leadership.
A Day in the Life
As a Program Manager, your day might kick off with a sync alongside Business Development and Digital Sales leads to align on upcoming milestones for a new AI-assisted prospecting workflow. Mid-morning, you might dive into analytics, reviewing early adoption metrics and projects' performance to fine-tune your program roadmap. You'll spend time collaborating with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product, and Technology to unblock dependencies, align on resources, or coordinate rollout plans. A portion of your day could be spent preparing executive updates, summarizing insights and progress for senior leadership, and participating in strategic reviews where you provide input on prioritization across transformation initiatives. Throughout the day, you'll drive momentum, remove blockers, and ensure teams focus on delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, sales operations, or business transformation roles, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, followed by program management experience in the technology sector, is preferred.
• Direct experience managing programs in Business Development and Sales functions, with a strong understanding of how these teams operate in modern go-to-market organizations.
• Prior consulting experience or working in a PMO or strategic programs team is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with sales technology platforms (CRM, Outreach, Enablement Tools, etc.) and AI- powered solutions.
• Experience with program management tools and software, particularly Microsoft Suite (Excel,PowerPoint, Project, Teams, etc.).
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional programs from ideation through execution.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing content for senior leadership.
