Role Summary:
As part of the Constructor TECH team, you will play a critical role in will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering tailored technology solutions that meet unique customer needs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, solution-oriented thinking, and strong communication skills to manage both internal and external solution implementations effectively.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Solutions Management:
- Coordinate collaboration with the Engineering Team to address functionality requests and escalate issues as needed.
- Facilitate sync-up calls with Development, Product, and QA teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Drive customer support efficiency through automation, researching and integrating solutions and effective knowledge management strategies.
- Own and monitor department efficiency KPIs to meet performance targets.
Customer Solutions Development:
- Rapidly prototype solutions to assess feasibility and gather user feedback, using various tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with development teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions, adhering to architectural principles and best practices.
- Develop detailed requirements and specifications for customer-centric technology solutions.
- Design and develop solution architectures that ensure scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable technologies and platforms for project needs.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including blueprints, diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Oversee implementation, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and stakeholder teams for smooth deployment processes.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate and solve complex technical challenges.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and familiarity with data visualization platforms.
- Solid experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of data management, integration, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
