Job Responsibilities:
Leads the operational team of direct labour on level Tier 1. Operational and organizational control of processes, and procedures within the teamzone to achieve the agreed targets according to SQTCM acc. the LSW (Leader Standard Work) routines. Management of the employees in the teamzone in terms of organization, information and motivation (according to Magna Leadership Model). Ensures the compliance of specifications, rules and standards to run smooth production processes and to drive continuous improvement within the teamzone. Ensures a standardized information flow to employees and to the next mgmt. level (Tier 2). Work according to the standardized escalation process if necessary.
