The Product Owner HNAV is responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of nominated HERE Navigation programs. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, HERE integration teams, and engineering teams of the HNAV Product. The role’s primary objective is to leverage deep product knowledge and technical understanding to act as end-to-end owner of the committed features within one of the product’s domains to ensure an efficient execution of the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working together with the distributed Product team to analyze and validate product & technical requirements and establish the product roadmap
- Elaborating on detailed and executable user stories and software requirements, and defining acceptance criteria for these
- Clarification of all technical, functional, and non-functional requirements
- In collaboration with both internal and external partners, you will detect, address, and follow up on all product dependencies
- Working alongside external stakeholders to define clear product processes
- Resolve priority conflicts and cross-team dependencies
- Identify features evolution paths and new functionalities that would enhance the end user experience
- Regularly communicate with all stakeholders about the delivery progress, challenges, and successes
- Responsibility for ensuring product quality, prioritizing, and tracking bugs and enforcing bug-tracking within external stakeholders’ processes as well as providing approval stories within agile reviews
- Participation in agile meetings at all stages of the product life cycle
- Relevant experience either as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in the software development industry
- You come from a Software Engineering background or are at least able to understand the mind-set, the motivators and the pain-points of Developers, Engineers and Testers
- Sense of Agile methodology, honoring the DOD, DOR, and further aspects of it
- Demonstrated success in managing products throughout their lifecycle
- You have an understanding of the technical requirements, dependencies, and constraints within the development of a SDK product or a cloud services/platform
- Understanding of System design fundamentals and microservices architecture and able to debate and discuss architecture

- Experience in Product Management (as product owner or product manager) with a focus on location-technology and software in an automotive context.
