We’re seeking a strategic, collaborative, and analytical Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market success for our healthcare supply chain solutions and services. In this role, you will translate product capabilities into compelling positioning and messaging, empower sales with the right tools, and drive awareness and adoption among our ecosystem of healthcare providers, suppliers and industry partners. You’ll be a critical partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management ensuring our offerings are differentiated in the market and aligned to the evolving needs of the healthcare supply chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Help lead GTM planning for new products and services, features and enhancements.
- Ensure marketing/product marketing launch readiness including positioning, messaging and cross-functional training.
- Messaging & Positioning
- Own messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the value of our solutions and services within the healthcare supply chain.
- Tailor messaging to specific sales motions, segments and buyer personas including healthcare supply chain executives, financial decision-makers, IT leaders, clinicians and suppliers.
Commercial Enablement
- Build and maintain sales tools including pitch decks, solution overviews, battlecards, objection handling, competitive briefs, and demo/video scripts among others.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training for sales and customer-facing teams.
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Leverage and maintain tools like Crayon and Seismic to ensure competitive positioning and related assets are current.
- Partner with sales, customer success, product to identify and capture customer success stories and case studies.
Campaign & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with demand generation and content teams to support campaign development with strategic themes, messaging and proof points.
- Work closely with events team to plan and participate in industry conferences and events. May require travel.
- Contribute to thought leadership content and direct outreach programs that drive awareness and engagement.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare/healthtech)
- Experience supporting solutions for healthcare providers, suppliers, ERPs and/or GPOs is a strong plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex solutions
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales and product development functions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience with tools like Asana, Crayon, Seismic, Calibermind or marketing automation platforms a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
The compensation for this role is:$78,000- $104,000
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
