Our platform empowers recruitment teams to source, manage, and hire top talent faster and more effectively. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our UK-based team.
The Role:
As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the voice of the product, responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our solutions resonate with our target markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning for our job distribution and recruitment automation platform, tailored to recruitment industry audiences such as Talent acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies.

  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistent and timely product narratives across all customer touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deeply understand the product architecture, APIs, AI Algorithms and integrations, and translate technical features into customer-facing value propositions.

  • Own and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, feature updates, and integrations.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation.

  • Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmap with market insights and customer feedback.

  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with the tools, training, and collateral needed to communicate product value.

  • Create and manage product content including sales decks, battlecards, landing pages, videos, case studies, and whitepapers.

  • Work with Marketing to build and optimise demand generation campaigns aligned with product strategy.

  • Track, analyse, and report on product marketing performance metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the recruitment or HR tech sector.

  • Experience working with technical products, APIs, and integration partners.

  • Strong knowledge of ATS and CRM systems

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.

  • Data-driven and analytical, with experience using insights to shape messaging and strategy.

  • Confident working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Experience supporting SaaS products and a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys.

  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
     

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience marketing to recruitment agencies or internal talent acquisition teams.

  • Background in product-led growth (PLG) environments.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, or similar.
