Job Description

Are you a visionary in product marketing, ready to drive growth and innovation in transformational products for groundbreaking technology? Fugro invites you to join us as a Product Marketing Manager in Leidschendam, Netherlands.

As our Product Marketing Professional, your role involves gathering market insights and articulating the value of our solutions with flair. This position is instrumental in designing and translating the value proposition of our solutions into effective commercial strategies. You will translate complex technical information for our groundbreaking products, GroundIQ® and ROAMES®. GroundIQ® leverages data analytics to build 3D ground models, enhancing risk management for subsurface insights, while ROAMES® creates precise 3D virtual models for maintaining infrastructure assets.

Expectations & Deliverables 

  • Go-to-market strategy and launch plans that outline how products will be promoted and sold 

  • Positioning, messaging, value propositions that attract & convert leads 

  • Sales enablement materials that help account managers close more deals 

  • Competitive intelligence that gives the team a deep understanding of the market 

  • Market research that leads to requirements communicated to Product Managers 

Your role

  • You gather market requirements and customer feedback to inform strategic investments, fuel product innovation, and ensure products are appropriately positioned, documented, and launched.

  • You identify and segment target audiences, tailoring marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage each segment.

  • You craft compelling value propositions and develop commercial strategies, including global and regional pricing.

  • You analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize future efforts.

  • You translate technical product features into commercial messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • You develop innovative marketing campaigns, collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling materials, and drive the production of sales and marketing collateral such as webpages, blog posts, brochures, demos, and PR.

  • You ensure Sales and Marketing teams have the necessary knowledge and materials to attract new customers through sales enablement strategies, including training and product assets.

  • You define pricing strategies in collaboration with product managers and sales teams.

Your track record

  • You bring 5 years of experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Your expertise includes product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market planning, with a strong preference for experience in a technical company;

  • You have demonstrated experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs and opportunities. Additionally, you utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions;

  • You have demonstrated creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and content, with proficiency in crafting engaging content for diverse platforms including blogs, videos, and social media;

  • You possess extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC. You are proficient in utilizing tools like Google Analytics and other data analysis software;

  • You are proficient in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions and data, as well as marketing automation platforms to streamline and optimize marketing efforts;

  • You possess understanding of sales processes and techniques, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals.
