To support our global growth, we're hiring a Product Marketing Lead in London—our newest hub. We’ve just opened a WeWork office in the city, 2 steps away from Chancery Lane stop, and are building out a founding team to drive our UK expansion. It’s a great time to join: you’ll be part of shaping not just the role, but also the local team culture and presence from the ground up.

Your mission

Create demand, shorten our sales cycle, and accelerate revenue growth through impactful positioning, messaging, and data-driven product marketing programs. Success means making sure our target audience clearly understands the value of our product—ultimately turning interest into action.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of market insight, GTM strategy, and sales enablement. You’re commercially sharp, execution-focused, and energized by turning complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive results.

  • Utilize insights to develop data-driven launch strategies and scale efforts across multiple markets.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs to spot risks and opportunities early.

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and CS to deliver impactful enablement materials.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with key pain points and industry shifts, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Create FAQs, use cases, success stories, and objection-handling guides to boost product fluency.

Content & Campaigns

  • Own integrated campaigns, content, and event strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption.

Metrics & data-driven performance

  • Track and analyze GTM performance, optimizing strategies to drive impact and ROI.

Requirements🎯 Our Ideal Candidate Persona
  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing for SaaS products, preferably in e-commerce, CRM, billing, or subscription management.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience leading a Product Marketing team.
  • You possess a strong blend of technical and business acumen, as well as an understanding of the SaaS product landscape.
  • You have strong skills in crafting positioning strategies and messaging frameworks that drive product success.
  • You have solid experience owning GTM strategies and successfully launching new products or features.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • You have the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can pivot strategies based on market feedback.
  • You are a natural leader and mentor, fostering growth and collaboration within your team.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
