As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales — building the narratives, materials, and market intelligence we need to accelerate growth. You’ll own product positioning, enable our commercial teams, and lead go-to-market strategies for new launches.

The Role

This is a critical role at a pivotal time. We’ve expanded our platform, added new products, and evolved our brand. Now we need a product marketing leader who can drive clarity, consistency, and momentum across everything we do.

We’re not looking for a feature-pusher. We’re looking for a strategic thinker, a confident collaborator, and a hands-on doer who can lead Duetto’s product marketing function as we scale our platform and define a new category: the Revenue & Profit Operating System for the hotel industry.

Reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing, you will:

Product Marketing Leadership
  • Build and own the overarching product marketing strategy across the full Duetto platform
  • Define our ICPs, segmentation, personas, and value propositions across all product tiers
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring tight cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling positioning that resonates with customers and prospects
  • Create compelling and rich product marketing content over and above the normal dry B2B content formats (e.g. video, interactive and digital formats)
Sales Enablement & Commercial Alignment
  • Develop battlecards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, talk tracks, and demo support
  • Partner with product and strategy and steering teams to train BDRs and sellers on new messaging and product updates
  • Ensure our sellers are equipped to lead solution-based conversations tied to business outcomes — not features
  • Maintain a regular cadence of product updates to the commercial teams
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
  • Own competitor tracking and win/loss analysis to inform product strategy and sales tactics
  • Gather customer insights and market signals to help prioritize product marketing initiatives
  • Act as a bridge between the market and internal teams — ensuring we stay one step ahead
Positioning & Storytelling
  • Evolve and own the positioning of Duetto’s platform and individual products
  • Support brand narrative development and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Drive the articulation of our category-defining story: the Revenue & Profit Operating System
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand roadmaps, influence priorities, and drive market readiness
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and campaign owners to integrate product messaging into campaigns
  • Partner with customer marketing to surface stories, drive adoption, and build credibility
Measurement & Performance
  • Define and track key product marketing metrics to measure the impact of positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement
  • Monitor usage and effectiveness of sales enablement materials across regions and roles
  • Track performance of GTM initiatives across the funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion)
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing and commercial leadership to inform strategy and improve execution

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the hospitality tech sector
  • Revenue Management experience would be a huge plus
  • Experience building and executing successful go-to-market strategies in complex or multi-product environments
  • Deep understanding of selling into enterprise commercial teams (revenue, ops, finance)
  • Strong messaging and positioning chops — you know how to tell a compelling story
  • Exceptional cross-functional communicator who can bring teams together around a shared narrative
  • Confident in running launches, enabling sales, and acting as the voice of the customer internally
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action
