  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define, monitor, and analyse key product metrics (e.g. adoption, feature usage, customer retention) to inform product iteration and measure business impact.

  • Feature Development: Drive the end-to-end feature development lifecycle, from ideation through to detailed requirement definition, sprint planning, and successful launch, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and company goals.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitive offerings in the LMS, frontline enablement, and connected worker technology sectors to identify new feature opportunities and maintain Nvolve's competitive edge.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches, including developing internal training materials, feature documentation, and compelling value propositions.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience working in an Agile environment, managing a backlog, and leading sprint planning and review ceremonies.

  • You take a considered, iterative approach to product development, and are comfortable adapting to new information and evolving priorities.

  • You demonstrate exceptional communication skills and are capable of presenting complex topics clearly to technical teams, leadership, and external customers.

  • You possess the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers and have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and AI capabilities.

  • You have the ability to translate product enhancements into tangible commercial outcomes, strategically prioritising features and making informed decisions to maximise market value and revenue generation.

  • You have a strong appreciation for highly regulated environments and the need for meticulous compliance, documentation, and validation processes.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
