We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Product Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Growth management experience
- Conduct research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV.
- Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
- English - B2 or higher.
