We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to champion our UK customers and drive greater product-market fit. This role will act as the bridge between our UK go-to-market teams, customers, and global product organisation, bringing the voice of the customer into every stage of product development. You will conduct customer interviews, join prospect calls and synthesise feedback to uncover opportunities.
Acting as the go-to product expert in the UK, you’ll support sales and service teams, deepen knowledge of key integrations, and ensure UK needs are reflected in our roadmap. Through regular collaboration with Product, PM, and DEP teams, you’ll build processes and forums that align strategy, fuel innovation, and help us deliver meaningful impact for our UK customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive product-market fit for UK customers through ongoing research, engagement, and feedback loops.
- Conduct customer interviews, attend prospect sales calls, and in-person visits to gather insights and validate product initiatives.
- Synthesise feedback from multiple channels to identify trends and opportunities.
- Act as a product knowledge go-to for UK teams, ensuring they have the resources, understanding, and connections needed.
- Maintain regular availability in UK time zones to support teams and provide guidance, with deep knowledge of the product and key UK integrations.
- Stay closely connected to UK GTM teams, tracking opportunities, challenges, and pain points, and identifying where product improvements can enhance sales and service.
- Build and embed processes within Product Management to prioritise and address UK market opportunities.
- Facilitate regular alignment sessions between UK GTM, Product, and PD teams, including: Monthly roadmap feedback sessions, Quarterly UK-focused product workshops and Ongoing check-ins and updates to ensure UK needs influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5-7 years deep experience in end-to-end commercial product management in software or web technologies.
- Strong presentation skills for internal groups and training sessions.
- Navigate a flat yet matrixed global structure effectively.
- Conduct research initiatives and produce clear, synthesised findings.
- Results and metrics-driven mindset.
- Strong empathy with the customer.
