Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Management of a Third-Party Risk Management workstream within the overall GRC portfolio.

· Creation and management of the product roadmap.

· Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to commercialization.

· Validate new ideas, assessing suitability for inclusion in roadmap on quarterly basis.

· Capture requirements, manage the product intake process and work with engineering and design team to define and prioritize the backlog.

· Work with Product Marketing to develop deep understanding of market trends, competitor landscape and upcoming regulatory changes.

· Regular collaboration with customers and prospects to understand current pain points out in the field, partnering with design team on user research activities.

· Sales enablement – work with Product Marketing to communicate the value proposition and support in the creation of materials for commercial and support teams.

· GTM – work with Product Marketing to define and execute go to market strategy for current and existing product development.

· Track product metrics to measure success from a financial & user engagement perspective.

Requirements and Qualifications

· At least 3 years B2B SaaS product management experience.

· TPRM experience highly desirable.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to present confidently and effectively to diverse audience across the business.

· Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience.

· Influencing skills and experience – ability to convince others to support an idea or direction.

· Experience in customer insights, strong ability to unearth underlying user needs and behaviors.

· Ability to create business cases for choosing products, features and markets to prioritize.

· Good understanding of how to use quantitative and qualitative research to drive product and marketing strategy.

· Capable of making trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, requires a good sense of technical feasibility and desired commercial outcome.

· Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and ProductBoard.

· Experience with platform product management, prioritization and organizational alignment of multiple teams working together.
